COVER: Remove cover and turn inside out and zip up to protect the dimple surface. Machine wash cover alone in cold water with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not use fabric softener, chlorine bleach or dryer sheets.

CORE: Spot clean your pillow core with a clean washcloth and mild soapy solution. Do not machine wash the pillow core.
