    Warranty claims will not be considered without proof of purchase and photographs. If you received your Nook product as a gift, please provide the name of the person who purchased it and the store/website where it was purchased.

    Warranties are processed twice weekly. We appreciate your patience!

    What do warranties cover?

    Nook offers limited warranty coverage on select products that prove defective due to manufacturing error or defective material. Warranties do not cover products that show normal wear and tear, nor products that have been damaged by improper care. Warranty coverage is valid for the original purchase and owner. Warranty coverage will not be extended to items that have already been replaced under warranty.

    What is the warranty on Crib Mattresses?

    Nook offers a limited lifetime warranty on each of its crib mattress cores.

    What is the warranty on Mattress Covers?

    Nook offers a 1-year limited warranty on all Pebble, Dimple and Print mattress covers from date of purchase. If purchased before 1/1/2020, please contact warranty@nooksleep.com.

    What is the warranty on the Changing Pad, LilyPad, LilyPad², Niche Nursing Pillow, Pebble Pillow, Body Pillow, Jr. Pillow, Pouf and Lounger?

    Nook offers a 180-day limited warranty on the Changing Pad, LilyPad Play Mat, LilyPad2 Play Mat, Niche Nursing Pillow, Pebble Pillow, Body Pillow, and Jr. Pillow from date of purchase. Loungers and Poufs purchased after 10/28/19 have been retired are not eligible for warranty coverage.

    What is the warranty on Big Kid Mattresses?

    Nook offers a 10-year limited warranty on the Pebble Twin and Pebble Full mattress cores from date of purchase.

    Under what circumstances would a warranty not apply when product is within the Warranty Window and Proof of Purchase is provided?

    Warranties do not cover products that show normal wear and tear, nor products that have been damaged by improper care. Any Nook product purchased as a Floor Model, Flash Sale, Final Sale (retired/discontinued) or as a Resold/Return to Stock item, will not be eligible for coverage under Nook's Warranty Program. Warranty coverage is valid for the original purchase and owner. Warranty coverage will not be extended to items that have already been replaced under warranty.
