Warranty claims will not be considered without proof of purchase and photographs. If you received your Nook product as a gift and cannot obtain the proof of purchase, please email us at email@example.com for further instructions on how to pursue a warranty claim.
What do warranties cover?
Nook offers limited warranty coverage on select products that prove defective due to manufacturing error or defective material.
Warranties do not cover products that show normal wear and tear, nor products that have been damaged by improper care.
Warranty coverage is valid for the original purchase and owner. Warranty coverage will not be extended to items that have already been replaced once under warranty.
Any Nook product purchased as a Final Sale, or via a third-party Floor Model, Flash Sale, Final SaleResold/Return to Stock item will not be eligible for coverage under Nook's Warranty Program.
Giveaways or products received as promotional items are not eligible for Warranty coverage.
Please note that warranties are not valid on discontinued Nook products nor on Nook items sold internationally beyond US and Canadian retailers.
Crib Mattress Warranty
Nook offers a limited lifetime warranty on each of its crib mattress cores. The warranty period for crib mattress covers is 1 year.
Big Kid Mattress Warranty
Nook offers a 10-year limited warranty on the Pebble Twin and Pebble Full mattress cores from date of purchase. The warranty period for twin and full mattress covers is 1 year.
Nursery and Playroom Accessories Warranty
Nook offers a 180-day limited warranty on the complete units of, and covers for the Changing Pad, LilyPad Play Mat, LilyPad2 Play Mat, Niche Nursing Pillow, Pebble Pillow, and Toddler Pillow from date of purchase. Backpacks for the LilyPad2 are not covered under warranty.
