Inspect your order upon delivery!
Contact us immediately if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect in your order. Please note that compressed mattresses like the Lightweight Air, Twin, and Full may take up to 72 hours to fully expand, so don’t worry if they’re short on the first day.
We strongly recommend you keep all original packaging and shipping boxes during the 30-day return period. For crib mattresses, keep those shipping boxes for your 100 Night Free Trial period in case you need to make a return or exchange.
If you have a confirmed delivery notification, but cannot locate your package, please do your best to ask your doorman, concierge, or neighbors to see if they have your package for safekeeping. As a small business, it takes a toll sending out replacements for missing items. Contact us to open a lost/missing package claim with UPS.
