Orders & Shipping

We know you're excited to receive your Nook product! All orders are processed Monday-Friday, with a noon cutoff. Orders received after 12:00pm Central Time on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that our offices and warehouse are closed on weekends and all national holidays.

Transit Times:
 Orders ship via UPS or FedEx from our warehouse in Dallas. Most orders take 1-3 business days transit time.
Holidays & Sales Transit Times: Orders placed during big sales on nooksleep.com will experience longer processing times. This affects Black Friday & Cyber Monday, and all sale events throughout the year.

Inspect your order upon delivery!

Contact us immediately if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect in your order. Please note that compressed mattresses like the Lightweight Air, Twin, and Full may take up to 72 hours to fully expand, so don’t worry if they’re short on the first day.
We strongly recommend you keep all original packaging and shipping boxes during the 30-day return period.

Missing package?

If you have a confirmed delivery notification, but cannot locate your package, please do your best to ask your doorman, concierge, or neighbors to see if they have your package for safekeeping. Contact us to open a lost or missing package claim.
