Returns and Exchanges
Nook Sleep accepts returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase*. All item(s) must be unused (in new condition), undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels, tags, instructions and warranty information attached and included. The safety and health of your children and families are of utmost importance to us, and therefore we are unable to accept the return of any product that has been used or washed.
*Exceptions are made for crib mattresses under our 100 Night Free Trial OR if the product is being returned due to manufacturing defect or shipping error. All Practically Perfect Products, special orders, or clearance items are considered final sales and are NOT eligible for returns.
3 Simple Return Options:
1. Free Return Shipping: You will receive a refund in the form of store credit. Store credit does not have an expiration date.
2. $15 Return Shipping: Your refund will be applied to the original form of payment, minus a $15 fee. All Mini Pure, Pebble Twin, and Pebble Full Mattresses will incur a $40 return shipping fee.
3. No Shipping Label Provided: You pay for return shipping using the carrier of your choice. Email us the return tracking number to alert our receiving department. Your refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
How do I Start a Return or Exchange?
1. Start by filling out the Return Request Form
2. We will email you a return shipping label within 3 business days.
3. Once your order is received and inspected at the warehouse, Nook Sleep will issue a store credit OR refund to the original form of payment within 3 business days. (Note that it may take an additional 72 hours for funds to post to your credit card account)
Any items outside of our 30 day return policy no longer qualify for a refund or exchange.
