Nook accepts returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase*
*Exceptions are made for standard crib mattresses under our 100 Night Free Trial
The safety and health of your children and families are of utmost importance to us, and therefore we are unable to accept the return of any product that has been used or washed. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging with all labels, tags, instructions and warranty information attached and included.
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds: Furniture sold in partnership with Babyletto or dadada Baby, Services ordered via Tot Squad, or any Nook product noted as Final Sale.
3 Simple Return Options
1. Free Return Shipping:
You will receive a refund in the form of a store credit gift card.
2. $15 Return Shipping:
Your refund will be applied to the original form of payment, minus a $15 fee. All Mini, Twin, and Full Mattresses will incur a $40 return shipping fee.
3. No Shipping Label Provided:
You pay for return shipping using the carrier of your choice. Contact us at info@nooksleep.com for the Returns Department shipping address.
Nook Sleep will email you a return label within 3 business days of your Return Request Form being reviewed.
Returns must be initiated no later than 30 days from date of purchase. Return products must be received at our warehouse within two weeks of the return label being sent by our customer service team.
Any items outside of our 30 day return policy no longer qualify for a refund or exchange. By ordering from Nooksleep.com, you agree to have fully read and understood our return policy. These terms are only valid if purchased from nooksleep.com or directly from a Nook Sleep representative.
