What is Nook's return policy?
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a Nook product purchased through nooksleep.com , we'll assist you with a stress-free return as long as it’s within 30 days from purchase and the item is unused, in its original packaging and undamaged. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, minus a 10% restocking fee. Should the product being returned be a compressed Nook mattress (Pebble Air, Pebble Twin or Pebble Full), it may be returned and there will 20% restocking fee. Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded. These terms are only valid if purchased from nooksleep.com or via telephone with a Nook Sleep representative.
Please ship all returns to: 13020 Yukon Avenue, Unit P2 Hawthorne, CA 90250. Additionally, please include a small note with the order number and name of the original purchaser inside your return to properly process your refund.
What is Nook's exchange policy?
Here at Nook, we understand that sometimes you simply want a different color. We will happily assist you with a stress-free exchange as long as it's within 30 days from purchase and the item is unused, in its original packaging and undamaged. Please contact our exchange department at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your Nook-issued exchange form. Once this form is received, you will be responsible for returning the unused product.

Once received, Nook will ship your new item free of charge. These terms are only valid if purchased from nooksleep.com or via telephone with a Nook Sleep representative.
Nook Sleep Systems Sale Adjustment
If NookSleep.com offers a discount on an item you ordered within 1 week following your order date, we'll happily adjust the sale price for you. Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item. Should the price adjustment bring the final sale below the free shipping threshold, the adjustment is no longer valid. The item must be in the same color and size. Custom orders are not applicable for price adjustment. Orders placed within 1 week after a NookSleep.com discount/sale are not eligible for a sale adjustment.
