If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a Nook product purchased through nooksleep.com, we'll assist you with a stress-free return for products being returned within 30 days from purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
How do I make a return or exchange?
- Start here by filling out this form: Return & Exchange Form. For crib mattresses originally purchased on nooksleep.com, please fill out the 100 Night Free Trial form to generate a prepaid shipping label.
- Send the product back to our warehouse*: Nook Sleep Systems, 13020 Yukon Ave - Unit P2, Hawthorne, CA 90250
- Look for a confirmation email from Nook Sleep within 3-5 business days
- Once your order is received and inspected at the warehouse, we will issue the refund, minus a restocking fee**
- If you wish to make an exchange, Nook Customer Service will coordinate with you via email
*Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Exceptions are made for crib mattresses registered under the 100 Free Night Trial, or if the product is being returned due to manufacturing defect or shipping error. These terms are only valid if purchased from nooksleep.com or directly from a Nook Sleep representative.
**Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, minus a 10% restocking fee. Compressed Nook mattresses (Pebble Air, Pebble Twin or Pebble Full) will incur a 20% restocking fee if they have been opened.
Any items outside of our 30 day return policy no longer qualify for a refund or exchange.
